Is there nudity?
No. In fact, there isn't even profanity. S4D shows are right on par with late-night SpikeTV or the like, however, they're not appropriate for the under 16 crowd.
I hate dealing with DRM. Are these downloads copy protected?
No. We hate copy protection too. That said, if you give it to someone else or reproduce it in any way, you're breaking the law and making it extremely hard for us to stay in business.
Okay, so if I paid for them, I can do whatever I want with them, right?
Well, no actually. You're buying a license for your own unlimited viewing of them. S4D retains all ownership. You can put them on whatever devices you own. You can watch them with your friends and have a great time, but you can't give or sell them to anybody.
Why are the downloads so cheap compared to the DVDs?
We price our clips so low that you'd have to be a total a-hole to steal them. We're betting most of you aren't total a-holes and want to support S4D. DVDs on the other hand have certain fixed costs. We price them as low as we can.
How do I get the downloads onto my Apple device?
1. Launch iTunes. 2. Drag the clips folders onto "Movies" on the upper left side of the screen. 3. Plug in your device and sync it.

How do I get the downloads on to my non-Apple mobile device?
Uh, well, there's a lot of answers to that one. There are many devices with their own specific instructions. Check the manual that came with your device, ask the manufacturer, YouTube or Goolge it—the answer's out there. If you can't get it, contact us and we'll try and help.
What are the download file sizes and how long will it take to download?
The Triple Pack is a 1.41 GB .zip file and takes approximately 20 min to download at 1.2 MB/sec.
The Double Packs are roughly 1 GB .zip files and take approximately 15 minutes to download at 1.2 MB/sec.
Single show downloads are between 400 - 600 MB .zip files and take between 5 - 8 minutes to download at 1.2 MB/sec.

Ordering/Shipping DVDs
All our products arrive in a plain padded envelope marked only “S4D” with the return address. We ship via USPS 1st Class for domestic (US) orders, and 1st Class International foreign. In most cases your order will arrive within 1 week (domestic) or 3 weeks (international). But dudes, there are a zillion factors out of our control—the post office, delays in replication, what have you. For that reason, we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. But trust us, it almost never takes that long.
All orders are final. However, if you think you got a defective disk or it was damaged in transit, just let us know. We’ll get a replacement right out to you.
